Choose the vehicle
From small van to full artic. Compare pallet spaces, payload, load height and optional tail lifts. Enter the real weight, dimensions and loading needs of your pallets, machinery or other goods. Loads needing office review are identified before confirmation.

Enter your postcodes
Start with your collection and final delivery postcodes, then add any collections or deliveries along the way. We calculate each consecutive leg in your chosen order and show the route and total mileage. If road routing is unavailable, the quote clearly identifies the estimated distance.

See the price, itemised
Your vehicle transport price, applicable extra stops, zone and timing charges, and any discount are broken down. The price excluding VAT and the VAT amount are shown separately. No account or callback is needed for an online dedicated-vehicle quote.

Continue as a guest or apply for a business account
Guest checkout needs no registration. For regular work, companies can apply for a verified account with saved quotes, individually agreed discounts and 30-day invoice terms. The office checks applications before activating those benefits.

Save it, or request the booking
Approved account holders can save quotes under their own references. Review the job and payment details before requesting a booking. The office confirms availability and collection arrangements; viewing a quote alone does not reserve a vehicle.
How the total is built
Vehicle transport price: van mileage rate and applicable minimum, or the truck's configured pricing rules
Van distance discounts reduce the per-mile rate across the whole journey; trucks follow their separate rules
+ extra-stop fee for every collection or delivery beyond the first collection and final delivery
+ applicable delivery-zone and London charges
+ any once-only weekend or out-of-hours surcharge

Questions about pricing
What exactly goes into the price?
Vans use their mileage rate, any whole-journey distance discount and an applicable minimum. Trucks use their own mileage bands and configured rules. One collection and one final delivery are included; each extra collection or delivery adds a fee on top of the transport price. Applicable postcode, London and weekend or out-of-hours charges are shown, followed by any agreed business discount and VAT. Pallet count and weight check suitability rather than adding per-pallet or per-kilo charges. Part-load prices are agreed with the office.
How do you measure the mileage?
We use postcode locations to calculate a road route through each stop in the order you choose, including every intermediate collection and delivery. The whole journey feeds into pricing. If road routing is unavailable, an adjusted distance estimate is clearly labelled for review. Online routing uses a standard driving route; the office confirms truck access and route restrictions separately.
Does the price change after I save it?
No. Every saved quote stores the figures exactly as they were calculated. If we later change our rate card, your existing quote is unaffected.
What happens when I request a booking?
You review the job, contact details and applicable payment options before submitting. The office receives the request and confirms availability and collection arrangements. A request is not an accepted booking until confirmed. The booking screen explains any payment required and the cancellation terms.
Can I get a price without registering?
Yes. Use the homepage calculator for an itemised dedicated-vehicle quote and book as a guest without registering. Companies can apply for a verified business account with saved quotes, agreed discounts and 30-day invoice terms, subject to approval.
