Esa Couriers is a UK haulage company moving palletised freight the length of the country — from a single pallet in a small van to twenty-six on a full artic. We are based in Milton Keynes, close enough to the motorway network that most of England is a morning away, and we run nationwide.
We built this site around one frustration we kept hearing from customers: that getting a haulage price means sending an enquiry and waiting. So we put the rate card behind a quote form instead. You choose the vehicle, you enter the postcodes, and the price appears — the same price the office would have given you, worked out the same way.
That is the whole difference. Everything else is ordinary haulage done properly: the right vehicle for the load, capacities you can actually book against, a driver who calls ahead, and someone at the end of the phone who knows where your pallets are.

How we work
Six things we will not do differently for you than for anyone else.
Say the number
A haulage price is arithmetic, not a negotiation. If we know the vehicle, the distance and the pallet count, we know the price — so we publish it rather than making you ask for it.
Right vehicle, right job
Sending an artic to move four pallets wastes your money and our diesel. The whole fleet exists so there is always something that fits the load properly.
One rate card
Everyone is quoted from the same rates. There is no different number depending on who is asking or how busy the week looks.
Payloads you can book against
Every payload on this site is the real, legal working limit, not a best case, and the quote form will not let you book a vehicle that cannot lawfully carry your weight. Pallet counts are the deck worked out conservatively — if you can fit more on, tell us and book it.
The road, not the crow
Mileage is measured along the route a lorry can actually drive, stop by stop and in order. A straight line between two postcodes is a cheaper number and the wrong one.
The price you were shown is the price
A quote is frozen the moment it is calculated and saved under its own reference. If the rate card changes next week, it does not rewrite what you were quoted today.

An itemised figure, not a total
Base rate, mileage, pallets, weight and each extra drop are listed separately, with VAT shown on its own line. You can see exactly what you are paying for and what would change if the load did.
No enquiry form purgatory
You do not send us your details and wait. The price is on screen while you are still deciding, and it is the same price the office would have worked out by hand.
Full loads or part loads
Take the whole vehicle and run direct with nothing transhipped, or pay for the space you use when your freight is more than a courier and less than a trailer.
Somebody who knows where your pallets are
Every job is saved under a reference in your account, and the office moves it on as it goes. Behind that there is a phone number and someone who answers it.
